In 2020, Bally formalized its long-term commitment to mountain preservation through The Bally Peak Outlook Foundation, with a mission to safeguard the world's fragile mountain environments.
The commitment of the Swiss luxury Bally is impressive: it pledges to clean up eight 8,000m Himalayan mountains and Mount Fuji in Japan. Moreover it will build new sustainable trails to access the summit of Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
Since the launch of the Bally Peak Outlook Foundation last year, Bally organized the first-ever cleanup of Mount Everest from base camp to the summit. Apart from this Bally also pledges to carry out more ambitious expeditions and conservation initiatives across the world – from the Himalaya to Mount Kilimanjaro.
The importance of mountains is often overlooked, while in fact they’re covering 25% of the world's land surface and supplying freshwater for 12% of the human population. But care is needed, as they face the adverse effects of global warming and excessive outdoor tourism. So to highlight this important cause, Bally reached out to Airinum to partner up and make an even greater impact. We couldn’t be more proud to be part of this collaboration and this important cause.

The result of this collaboration is a co-designed air mask, combining our award winning filter technology and Bally’s esthetic with our common strive to fund this initiative and create a cleaner and better world. With the Bally x Airinum Urban Air Mask, which is included in the Bally Peak Outlook capsule collection, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of mountain environments, fund critical cleanup expeditions and support future preservation efforts that safeguard alpine environments around the world. And all profit from this collection will be donated to this cause.
